Seashore

Seashore is an open source image editor for your Mac OS X. Think of it as the Mac version of Microsoft Paint, but far better.
It features gradients, textures and anti-aliasing for both text and brush strokes. It supports multiple layers and alpha channel editing.

Seashore isn´t designed to be a Photoshop competitor, but more of a quick, simple and streamlined app for editing pictures or doing simple drawing work.
